Songspot is a browser game built on a 0.1-second first clip that grows to 15 seconds, with a daily set of five songs and practice rounds by genre, decade and artist. MicroBeat plays the same way. What it adds is language arenas, with charts in Turkish, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese and German next to English, and an iPhone app with streaks and shareable scorecards.
